Together with the customer, we determine which varieties are needed: standard or spray, specific lengths, and desired quantities. This allows us to import in a targeted manner and avoid excess inventory or mismatches in the supply chain.

Quality Control and preparation for transport

Before shipping out, the flowers are inspected for quality and packing. If desired, we can provide samples. The flowers are prepared for air transport under the right conditions.

Import, clearing and flexible delivery

Equaflor handles air freight, customs clearance, and arrival in the Netherlands. Delivery is arranged in consultation with you, tailored to your schedule and distribution needs. We continue to adapt as needed throughout the process.

Selection based on quality and way of working

Our flowers are selected from growers known for consistent quality and reliable delivery. In addition to quality and suitable variety selection, we look beyond just the product and also consider origin and growing conditions.

Alignment with market and export destination

Together with the customer, we determine which varieties, colors, and volumes are requested. We take destination and seasonal influences into account, so that the roses match the final application.

Air freight preparation and documentation

Equaflor takes care of the full preparation for transport. From packaging to documentation and customs formalities: everything is managed centrally to ensure the process runs smoothly.

Arrival, delivery, and adjustment where necessary

After arrival in the Netherlands, we take care of the further handling. During the process, we stay in touch and can make adjustments if circumstances or wishes change.
